Whether wielding a mean oar or dressing an unsuspecting tourist (I did NOT volunteer) in native garb, our local guide exhibited good humor throughout the day. He seemed to genuinely enjoy his work and appeared to relish being the center of attention. As you can see, he has a fabulous face.
